FRUIT INFUSED WATERS

FRUIT INFUSED WATERS

Who wouldn’t have right now a nice cold jar of these homemade fruit infused water??!! Anything refreshing work wonders these hot days, but if we can also get hydrated while drinking something 100% natural with no additives and no added sugars… even better!

You just need to choose your favourite fruits, now we have the best seasonal fruits of the year so any of them will work well and will make a delicious and cooling drink that will quench your thirst in just a few seconds. No better way of getting hydrated than doing it in a healthy and colourful way… This is an excellent option for those who struggle drinking water because they find it boring.

FRUIT INFUSED WATERS

I like to prepare it in advance the day before to intensify the flavours using a glass jar or bottle. The following day you’ll have a niceenjoyable and invigorating beverage. You can also make them on the go adding some ice cubes or cold water.
I suggest two different types, these are some of my favourites; I use mint almost all the time as it gives a refreshing and unique touch. You can play with the quantities depending on the size of your jug or bottle and the flavour intensity you desire. As I hate throwing away any food, once I’ve drunk the water I eat the fruit or use it for juices, smoothies or add it to a yoghourt.
With these fruit infused waters you will not want to stop drinking… So everyone, let’s drink!😀
