CHERRY AND MANGO SMOOTHIE 1

This time we are going to give some importance to seasonal fruits, since it’s been the cherries season, let’s use them to make something different, very appetizing and certainly refreshing to survive the high temperatures… a nice cold smoothie!



INGREDIENTS (for 4):
  • 40 cherries
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • Fresh water or ice cubes

CHERRY AND MANGO SMOOTHIE 2

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Peel the whole mango, remove the pit and peel the cucumber partially. Remove the cherry stalks and pits.
  2. Squeeze the lemon.
  3. Put everything together with the flax seeds on a mixer and blend until it gets smooth.
  4. Add more or less water/ice cubes depending on how thick you like it, and mix it up.
*Little tips and tricks*: 
Have the cherries previously frozen, it will make it smoother as well as colder. If you do so, don’t forget to remove the pits and stalks in advance!
