and prepare this green detox smoothie. It has a purifying and diuretic effect and is packed with vitamins and fiber to eliminate toxins and help our intestines and liver to start strong the new season.
September is the month of new starts and projects, the perfect occasion to incorporate good eating habits to our life and make this smoothie from time to time to pamper ourselves and give our body a little break. There is no better way, quick, easy, and yummy!

So who’s in to make this super yummy green detox smoothie??!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pineapple sliced into pieces, skinless
- 2 green apples, cored
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/2 celery sprig
- 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 cucumber, deseeded
- 1 tsp. chlorella seaweed powder
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- Mineral water
PREPARATION:
- Use a food processor or mixer. Introduce the apple, celery, lemon juice, ginger, cucumber and mint, and blend all well.
- Add the chlorella and water and blend again until it is mashed and creamy. Use more or less water depending on how dense you want it.
- Refriferate or drink right away.
